ADMISSION ELIGIBILTY

Admission to Courses :: (Category –I)

Admissions to Mahamaya Technical University (MTU) Affiliated Courses B.Tech, MBA (at Agra SGI Campuses Only) 85% of the seats are filled by the University through State Entrance Examination (SEE-Mahamaya Technical University (MTU)'09), depending on the rank obtained by the student.

The order of preference for these admissions is indicated below -

All B.Tech Ist year -
	Rank in SEE-Mahamaya Technical University (MTU)'10
	Rank in AIEEE
	(10+2) with Physics & Maths. and any one out of Chem./ Bio./Computer Science with 60% marks.

Note: for B.Tech.(Bio-Tech.), Physics & Chem. with either Maths or Bio. with 60% marks is eligible.

All B.Tech IInd year - Direct Admission
	Rank in SEE-Mahamaya Technical University (MTU)'10
	Diploma in Engg. With 60% or B.Sc. (with maths) 60% marks.

MBA
	Rank in SEE-Mahamaya Technical University (MTU)'10
	Rank in CAT/MAT
	Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks

Lapsed Seats –

Lapsed seats are those where in the students who opt for a college during and offered admission by Mahamaya Technical University (MTU) but do not join or withdraw thereby creating a set of vacant seats which are termed as Lapsed seats.

These seats may be filled by subsequent counseling of Mahamaya Technical University (MTU) or the University may authorize the college to fill up the seats, if counseling sessions are over.
