Classes will start as per plan. Attendance by physical
presence of student on the day of registration is mandatory.

Note 1 :- Tuition fee(for all students)
and Hostel fee (only for hostellers) is to be paid & will
be accepted through Demand Draft drawn in favor of “B.M.A.S.
Engineering College, Agra” payable at Agra . The demand
draft of the fee amount is to be remitted so that it reaches
the college on or before 30th June 2011. At the back of the
draft, Roll No, Name, father’s name, class & section
of students should be written legibly. The college is also
in the process of providing online fee payment facility. The
details of which can be obtained from our website www.sgei.org.
Cash/Cheque payment will not be accepted. This must be kept
in mind by all students and parents.
Note 2 :- As regards Hostel Fee which is required to be paid
by 31 May 2011 for the confirmation of allotment , the decision
will remain unchanged. Demand Draft for the purpose will,
however, be required to be sent through post so that it reaches
the college on or before 31 May 2011. Failure to do so will
lead to cancellation of allotment of hostel accommodation.

3. Shortage of Attendance: Mahamaya Technical
University envisages 100% attendance in the classes with a
relaxation of 25% in medical grounds. Students having attendance
less than 75% will therefore not be permitted to appear in
Mahamaya Technical University examination.
4. Hostel Fee: Hostel fee inclusive of lodging
and boarding in the College premises for the session 2011-12

Hostel Security: Rs. 5000/-
from all the hostellers (Refundable on leaving the hostel).
Number of seats available in the hostels and procedure of
allotment have been separately notified by the Registrar.
The students are requested to observe the hostel rules &
discipline. Breach of discipline will attract expulsion from
the hostel and /or fine.
Note-Parents of hostellers
are requested to see that their wards abide hostel rules &
regulation meticulously.
