IBM Center of Excellence in Northern India IBM collaborated with Hindustan Institute of Technology & Management, Agra to help the latter train and build a skilled resource base on leading software technologies. It also opened a Centre of Excellence (COE) at Hindustan Institute of Technology & Management Campus with the aim of providing world- class skills to students on IBM Technologies. The centre provides an opportunity for students to learn new skill-sets on the latest technologies and IBM products. IBM provides the college with access to technologies relevant to the market and equips the faculty with the knowledge to ensure students are able to gain first-hand experience on all IBM products installed in the college.
Through this initiative, IBM works closely with the colleges in and around Agra, making Hindustan Institute of Technology & Management as the centre of learning. The students will be able to work on IBM software products such as DB2, RATIONAL, TIVOLI and LOTUS.
